ALL STARS

In Celebration of the successful completion of OMNI's All Stars Program, OMNI will be taking youth
on an adventurous weekend to Devil's Lake, WI.  We want to celebrate the commitment youth have
made to the All Stars Program, their fellow classmates and most importantly themselves. Youth will
have the opportunity to Hike and Rock Climb at this beautiful location.

WHO:       All Youth that have Successfully Completed the All Stars Program

WHEN:     Friday, May 22 - May 23, 2009 (Chippewa Middle School)
                 Friday, June 5 - June 6, 2009 (River Trails & Cooper Middle School and Prospect Hts. Resource Center)

COST:      $25 - Payment due prior to Departure of Trip.  OMNI will work on a sliding scale fee!
