We stand for the elimination of systemic racism and discrimination that results in inequities and disparities for many people in our community.
We stand for removing barriers to educational opportunity to increase equity in education so all youth have the opportunity to reach success.
We stand for the support of the human rights and wellness of all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, culture, physical ability, age, sexual identity, religion, nationality, and socioeconomic status.
We stand for promoting staff competence as it relates to addressing individuals and communities who have been negatively impacted by instances of racially motivated attacks, undue police violence and other traumas.
We stand to support the mental and behavioral health needs of those individuals traumatized by racism and violence as well as those fighting against them.
We stand for listening, learning and being a part of the movement for a more equitable, just and peaceful community, nation and world where all people have the opportunity to create positive change for a better tomorrow.
